300100: Suitable for most other trucks with 7-way trailer plugs. Does not require the additional wiring to the battery and is ideal for vehicles without advanced towing systems.

Do you have wiring to hook up the topper power lock to factory tailgate power lock? 

no, all these harnesses do is brake and dome light - 12volt auxiliary
Will the 7 way harness Leer part 300200 work with a ford F150 lightning?

Yes, it does if it is newer than 2015 
I understand how the seven way connects into the wiring behind the bumper, but my brake light on the camper has only two wires. How will those connect to the four way plug?

There are 2 different style connectors in the package a 6 pin for the Leer fuse box and a 4 pin for the rest of the brands. You will insert the wires into whichever connector you need to match your top
Does this install in behind the bumper so that it's concealed and the external bumper mounted plug still operates? Or does this connect to the external bumper plug itself and T from there? 

Yes, they both install behind the bumper so that you can still use the external plug for your trailer and not affect usability
Does the Wiring harness provide full-time hot wire power to the dome light on a topper?

It is for a truck cap with LED center stop light?

Yes. 
What is the difference between the 300200 & 300100? 

300200 is for the newer Fords and Toyotas that require external power source due to the smart towing system.It includes extra wire to run to the battery which is why there is more cost to it. The 300100 fits pretty much everything else
I have a 2024 F150 Powerboost. Is there anything different required for the wiring? Does it use the 300200?

2024 F-150 uses the 300200
I have a LEER 100XL that I recently bought for my 2017 F-250 long bed but need the wiring harness for the TAG fuse box to complete the wiring. Can I do away with the TAG fuse box and wiring and replace it with the (300200) 7 way interface plug-in t-harness to wire my third brake light and dome? It seems much easier to wire.

no unfortunately
Will this work on a 2018 Honda Ridgeline?

Looks like the Ridgeline has to be hardwired as there is no plug in option for that vehicle
Will this fit a 2023 Nissan Frontier?

Yes, it appears that it will.
Will this fit a 2020 Ford Ranger?

Good with a catch

The interface was an easy install but I found an issue with wiring to the Leer connector. You would think black to black, red to red, white to white right? Nope. Luckily I didn’t toss the instructions from the Leer harness and did a cross comparison to yours. Working now.

A little pricy but quality product!

I choose the Leer 300200 for my Tundra as I didn't want to tap into my brake lights. Running the 12V power supply from the battery was the most time consuming part. Otherwise it was a simple installation. Works great!

Easiest option out there!

I definitely recommend this product. Very easy and gives you a plug and play option that allows you to simply disconnect and reconnect if removing and returning the cap. No splicing!
